He used a little speedboat. I didn't see any armament aside from missiles and possible small caliber guns. I put a few salvos around him to scare him, and then put it down. One salvo crippled it(I only slightly winged him, need to work on my aim when it comes to small boats :/), another put it out of its misery.
Edit: if you are wondering why my sniper doomsdays didn't get him, its because that only really works on flying ships that don't move too fast. The sniper doomsday trick needs the cam to be zoomed in as far as possible, which makes following speedboats impossible.
Edit2: Marc was spectating(it was a three-way battle). If you want proof, he MAY have been filming or taking screens.
So, Narada beat that unspeakable's ships? Brilliant. He had to learn out the hard way Narada is practically invincible. It can be beat, but only in unrealistic conditions. Like extended time and every ship on this wikia attacking all at once.
So me and Marc were playing and in had my ship, and marc beat me good, but in the end, on his screen said he won, but my screen said he disconnected, then my ship (witch was alive by 1%) was bobbing up and down and up and down and so on, I think this is very interesting and would like you to look into it
Due to the situation on Telelapis, and it's massive resources, and the time it takes for large scale harvesting of resources, a temporary plan has been made.
It's quite simple really, taking the Cypress-Class Ironclad/Crusier and fitting a large drill as well as arms for harvesting underwater minerals. To do this, some sections of the ship will be completely taken out to make room for the drills and arms. There will also be another variant to this, for oil drilling. Just like the mining variant, however, most of the lower levels will be taken out for crude oil storage.
Nope. It can one hit kill those, and at a rough estimate, Narada would take something on the order of 25,000 missiles to kill. That estimate is based on the fact that I've previously hit it with 15,000 missiles, and only brought it down to around 35-40% health and 2km altitude.
Lord, do even know what the Narada is??? Hansa weapons can barely dent it, Much less SWC weapons. Even in groups, that thing will not to Jak S**T to the Narada. But I'm going to be nice and not tell at you to get off the wiki because your new and does not understand everything yet, as you don't even understand the game mechinics.
Wait are you talking about EQ now? Or are you still obsessed with beating Narada. Which your plan lacks one key point, how are you going to get to Narada? Nero ain't gonna come for a fight just cause you're a nice guy with a charming personality.
Garret, the only way you'll even have half a chance against Narada is if you use hansa. Otherwise there are multiple barriers to you even seeing it onscreen if your using SWC or vanilla. Another issue is the very low toughness of vanilla and SWC ships. For example, my toughest vanilla ship (IKN Challenger) is somewhere in the range of 5500.1 toughness. My toughest hansa ship, (UAC Viscount) is ~3,210,000.0 toughness. And even the Viscount would have trouble significantly damaging Narada before Narada destroys her.
@kevin, he got it last night, I faced one of his forts. I went easy on him that time
Garret, the main issue with narada, is that it's not sinkable in the time GC gives you. It's been proven. Even the most powerful ships can't kill narada. In order to beat narada now, is TAKING LESS DAMAGE than narada, while still doing damage to it. Not happening anytime soon, regretably.
also, narada is at the parts limit, so the only way to SINK Narada in GC time is to go OVER the parts limit.
